Donations to New Visions of America, Inc are solicited as 501 (c) (3) charitable contributions. Pending final approval from the Internal Revenue Service all funds are currently held in trust at Bank of The West, located in Montrose Colorado. Presently proceeds expened have been for the sole purpose of governmental fees, purchase of services and other direct expense with the development of New Visions of America, Inc. There have been no salary expense paid to date all labor has been donated as an act of copmpassion.
Future receipts will be accounted for locally and audited annually by a licensed Certified Public Accountant and made public no later than sixty (days) after the annual state and federal tax returns.
Until receipt of 501 (c) (3) certification from IRS no paid positions will be offered and those presently serving will continue to contribute time for service to ensure the integrity of the Corporation and prevention of any violation or threat of violation.
Currently recruitment of Volunteers for fundraising campaigns for capital, payroll and training expense are planned for April 2010 to raise our annual administrative and general operatiions budget of $120,000. Program training budget planned at $640, 000 and childrens programs $240,000. Total budget requirements for 2010 $1,000,000.
